If you are dissatisfied with the goods delivered or the length does not fit, you have the option of making use of your right of withdrawal and sending the goods back to us. Of course, you can also only return part of your order.
- You can do this within 30 days of receiving the goods .
- Please note that as a customer you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Proceed as follows:

Fill out the return form provided for the return and enclose it with your return.

It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been made.
STEP 3:
As soon as we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. You will then receive your refund shortly.
YOUR ITEM IS DEFECTIVE AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT?
Something like that can always happen. If the item has a defect that you cannot fix, we will replace the product free of charge.
Send us a photo or video of the defect to hello@halmbrueder.de or via the contact form and let us know whether your shipping address has changed since you placed your order. We will review your complaint and send you a replacement.
